• Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300.
• Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested before your stay.
• Pool heat is not available during the summer months.
• 2 cars can park on the driveway.
• This is a smoke-free property.
• As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
