House Rules

• No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.
• 2 pets are allowed, subject to approval and a fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
• Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed and will result in fines and immediate shutdown.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available upon request at least 48 hours in advance and is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
• During the summer months, high desert temperatures may cause the pool temperature to rise, which is beyond control.

Fines and Penalties

• Fines for violating noise ordinances can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
• Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
• Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
