House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, but a maximum of 2 pets must be approved in advance. An additional fee of $150 per pet applies. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided or allowed for use in the property.
