• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.

Use of Amenities

• Beach chairs and toys are not included but can be rented.
• The pool is not heated.
• Guests are welcome to use the public tennis courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center.

Parking

• Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis; guests are not allowed to park under the building.
• A temporary car pass is required to gain access to Wild Dunes. Only two car passes are provided, and additional passes must be requested in advance.
