House Rules
- No pets are allowed. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- This is a smoke-free property. A violation of the no-smoking policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinances will be strictly enforced, and violations may result in fines up to $10,000 per occurrence.
- No parties or events are permitted without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book the property.
Use of Amenities
- Beach chairs and toys are not included but can be rented upon request.
- Pool passes are required for guests aged 13 and older during the summer season (Labor Day to Memorial Day). Passes will be provided in the Welcome Bucket.
- The pool is not heated.
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out services are not available from May to September.
Parking
- Parking is first come, first serve and accommodates two cars per unit.
Fines or Penalties
- Unauthorized pets: $500 per pet
- Smoking violation: $300 fee plus forfeiture of security deposit and liability for damages
- Noise ordinance violation: Up to $10,000 per occurrence
