House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $500 fee and liability for any fire or property damage.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- A maximum of 5 cars are allowed on site. No parking on grass or street.
Use of Amenities
- The living room fireplace is not available for guest use.
- Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and requires a 2-day minimum.
- Life jackets, kayaks, and paddle boards are available on site.
- Guests are advised to deny access to any vendors who do not adhere to PPE standards during maintenance visits.
