- No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
