The property has three floors with large common areas and is ideal for large groups, as it gives everyone independent space within the vast property. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and WI-FI, guaranteeing you a perfect relaxing stay. At your disposal is a wonderful Tuscan-style kitchen ready to introduce you to the delicious Italian culinary tradition and have you feel the warmth and familiarity of this place. Within the large colourful garden are elegant living areas as well as the wonderful panoramic swimming pool, the gem of the property. Also in the garden is a barbecue and a large table under the shade of the wisteria-covered pergola, where you can enjoy delicious meals surrounded by the beautiful nature of Tuscany. The strategic position of the villa is certainly a fundamental feature for those who wish to visit the splendours of Tuscany; the proximity to Lucca and the motorway exit allow you to get easily and quickly to historic borghi and towns such as Florence, Pisa, Montecatini Terme , Montecarlo di Lucca, Collodi and the nearby golden beaches of Versilia with elegant Forte dei Marmi.
