This spectacular 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom rental has everything you'll need for your next vacation. There are 2 living rooms in this smart floorplan. The living room, next to the kitchen, has a large 65-inch Smart TV with Bluray and Sound System, perfect for watching your favorite TV shows and movies. The other living room is meant for relaxing and visiting featuring comfortable seating. The updated kitchen features upgraded cabinetry and kitchen sink, granite counter tops and black stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats 8, while the kitchen nook seats an additional 4 (there's also seating available for poolside dining). Relax outside lying on one of the many lounge chairs by your very own pool and spal while enjoying the sun! There is a large, screened-in lanai with a shaded canopy, comfortable seating and a dining area as well. In the laundry room, there is a full-size washer and dryer. This home is situated in the Emerald Island Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and three different children's play areas.
Please note: Regarding parking, please be aware that it is managed by Emerald Island Resort. All guests are required to pay a Resort Access Fee of $20 per vehicle, which includes a parking pass and access to the community center. Additionally, there is a mandatory minimum charge of one Resort Access Fee per reservation, even if no vehicles are used.

Beautiful and Spacious
l really enjoyed this resort it was more than l imagine. The view was very stunning. Very well upkeep. The resort was very welcoming. Very spacious. My kids loved the outdoor setting. The pool and patio set were very nice. lt was beautiful inside the vacation home. The pictures and the living room was very well put together. l can say l really enjoyed my vacation home. l have recommended it to others and will be returning again.
