Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Note that temperature will not exceed 95°F, and during cold weather, the heater may not reach the desired temperature as it operates via heat exchange. No refunds offered for pool heating issues in cold temperatures.
- Pool heaters have a safety feature that may temporarily shut off in cold conditions.
- Online purchases should be made through UPS, DHL, or FedEx, as USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. Delivery fees may apply, and responsibility for issues with online purchases lies with the guests.
