This 3 bedroom vacation condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and it includes a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan with 1790 sq ft, laundry facilities, shared pool, expansive water views and a parking space for 1 vehicle.

The master bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Master bedroom also has water views and it opens up onto the waterfront balcony. Master bathroom features a walk in shower, double sink vanity and private lavatory. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a flat screen tv. Guest hallway bathroom can be accessed via hallway or through the second bedroom. Guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Third bedroom has a Queen size bed with a flat screen tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything and everything you would need to cook a family meal. It has all new stainless steel appliances such as Induction range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. It also offers granite countertops with countertop seating for 4 guests, making it a great place to grab a snack or meal. The kitchen leads to the living and dining area with sliders to the balcony.

The living area is beautifully decorated and it offers a large flat screen tv, comfortable seating and over-sized glass, floor to ceiling sliders with expansive water views.

The dining table seats 6 guests comfortably and you can also enjoy water views while you dine.

Balcony features plenty of outdoor seating, 1 lounger and a conversation set.

Waterside pool (heated) area with loungers, table and chair seating, and barbeque grill.

Unit is located on the 5th floor with amazing views of the water.

The beach is a quick 10 minute walk. You can also easily walk to a great array of local restaurants, amenities and the Pier.
