Villa Bliss
Tops Villas were very helpful prior to our stay. The agent in Cape Coral were exceptional and very helpful. The next door neighbour was also very helpful and very nice to talk to. The home was simply stunning and I really felt like a home and not a rental. The views from inside and outside are exceptional. we did struggle withe bug bites but maybe this is just us. This was the first saltwater pool that we have used and we are fully converted to these now. The only issues we had were that the estimate for our electricity usage was way off.

Beautiful Home, Great Stay! August 2021
Our vacation was great! The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you would need and more. Great location on a corner lot with beautiful water views. It was very relaxing hanging out in the pool looking out at the canal and the lanai is really nice to just sit and hang out with couches, coffee table and TV. Property manager Nicole was wonderful. She stopped by the day after we arrived and walked us through all the info in the house, pool settings, hot tub, etc. and was very flexible for when she came by for the final walk thru before we left. The house is on a very quiet block but very close to food stores, liquor stores, and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this house.

This house was everything we expected. It was amazing! The property manager which I won’t mention a name just incase was amazing as well as the top villa team members. We will be back I promise!!!
