HEAVEN

Thank you for arranging everything so perfectly.
We are back in Pasadena after our week in Turks and Caicos. I just want to let you know that everything was wonderful and we all had a spectacular vacation. It is difficult to know exactly what we are going to get on arrival based on photographs and vague descriptions of the service. There is a lot of trust involved. You will be happy to know that the location and accommodations were beyond our expectations. The transportation from the airport was perfect. More importantly, the staff providing the service was exceptional. We were met on arrival by all the staff and for six days Joey, Widi, Nino, Carlos, Christina, Pierre and Rolly looked after our every need. They were friendly, attentive and anticipated our every need. The staff, which was our main question prior to arrival, turned out to be the best thing on the vacation. January 11th was the 50th wedding anniversary for my wife and I and we had our four children and 5 grandchildren for what turned out to be a memorable week. Nino's anniversary cake was wonderful. Thank you for arranging everything so perfectly.
