- No events or parties are allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and penalties will apply.
- No sound systems or speakers are provided, and violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
Pet Policy
- A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Pets must be approved in advance and incurs a fee of $150 per pet.
- Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.

Parking Rules
- Three large vehicles can park in the driveway; no parking is permitted on the street or in the garage.
