- Occupancy limits must be respected; additional guests beyond the bed count may use provided trifold floor mattresses if requested.
- Events or parties are prohibited without prior written approval and may incur an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines assessed.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000.
