- Please note: By law this house may NOT be used for Parties or Events or Large Gatherings. No loud music or parties are allowed and guest will be removed without refunds and reported to reservation websites and police. ONLY registered guest are allowed on the property (12-14 max occupancy and this includes children/babies, NO exceptions). Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
- There is a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed and all must be parked at the lower driveway adjacent to garage doors, OR up to two smaller vehicles may also be located in the garage. This means you must enter at the lower garage level. Please watch head height into garage for SUV type vehicles. No cars may be parked on neighborhood streets or at the home's front driveway area. NO trailers or RV's allowed. * The driveway is a little steep so please drive slowly up and down to the garage area.
- We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats after monsoon season outside the property. Do NOT approach or feed these animals.
- Landscape and pest control vendors access the property once per month.
- No pets allowed.
