2 Traditional vacation rentals listed as one. When combined they have enough living space to sleep up to 28 guests. Both include an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and comfortable bedrooms. Outside highlights include a covered porch, spacious yard, fire pit, alfresco dining and a BBQ. Across the street there is a gated walkway with direct access to the Guadalupe River. Nice shallow area of the river great to bring a chair and sit in the water and watch the tubers go by! Little Ponderosa Outfitters is right down the street to rent tubes and shuttle service. Just a short drive to Sattler with a grocery store, liquor store, dollar store and dining options.
