Description
This traditional home offers plenty of space! With 5-bedrooms, 3.5-bathrooms and on an acre of land between the 3rd & 4th crossing on the Guadalupe river. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining area. Cook a great meal in the newly updated kitchen with granite counter tops, new back splash, stove, dishwasher and microwave! The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 6 chairs at the breakfast bar. There is also a second living room upstairs with a smart TV and a futon that will sleep 2 guests.High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. All bedrooms have private access doors to wrap around decks, with view of the large shaded yard with beautiful pecan trees, and great view of the Guadalupe river. The upper deck also has two benches and a swing. 12 miles down river road to the historic Gruene Hall, and many restaurants, 3 miles up river to Canyon Lake. Sattler is the closest town at 2.5 miles away, with a grocery store that stocks everything from a sandwich to an inner tube. There are many breakfast and BBQ places in the area as well!
