House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
  • Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
  • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and will result in fines.
  • Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home.
