- No smoking inside the property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Up to 2 pets are allowed with prior approval and an additional fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fined.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is not available between 4/1 and 10/1.
- The fireplace not operational.
- Guests should be aware that garden maintenance at Jessamine occurs every Friday.
- Access to one of the king bedrooms requires passing through another king bedroom, limiting privacy in that room.
- Beach chairs are not included; they must be rented in advance.
Parking
- The driveway accommodates up to 3 cars, with no garage access.
- Street parking is allowed as long as no access is blocked.
- A maximum of 11 parking spaces is available at the front and left side of the home.
