- No smoking allowed on the property. Violations will result in a smoking fee of $300 and forfeiture of the security deposit, with additional liability for any damages.
- Pets are permitted with prior approval, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. A penalty of $500 per pet applies for unapproved pets.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. There are strict noise ordinance fines that can reach up to $10,000 for violations.
- No parties or events without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties will result in shutdown and fines.
Parking
- Maximum of 6 cars allowed onsite.
- No parking on grass or streets.
Use of Amenities
- Use the provided beach area and water toys, including a kayak, paddleboard, and life jackets for lake entertainment.
- Disinfect all surfaces with provided cleaning products during your stay and deny access to any vendors not adhering to CDC guidelines with PPE equipment.
