- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced.
- No speakers or sound systems provided. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- A maximum of 5 cars are allowed onsite. No parking on grass or street.
Use of Amenities
- The pool is shared with the adjacent property, Azalea Retreat - The Lodge, and is available year-round but is not heated.
- Visitors may bring their own boats, though note that there is no lift and the house is on a busy channel.
Damage Protection
- A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan covers up to $2000 in accidental damage or loss, excluding intentional acts, gross negligence, or pet-related damages. This plan does not cover stays over 28 days.
