It is the result of the renovation of an old agricultural farm, of which it has maintained the charm and typical characteristics: the exposed stone that covers the exterior and the splendid rib-vaulted brick ceilings present in the large elegant living room on the ground floor. The house is fully air-conditioned and has five large bedrooms with private bathroom. All around the house, the well-tended vegetation of the panoramic garden, the suggestive, jasmine-shaded pergola equipped with wood oven and barbecue and, finally, the swimming pool located in the most panoramic point will frame your days spent in the tranquillity of the Tuscan countryside. The house is located in an independent position in the prestigious setting of the Tenuta Tolaini, an organic vineyard and winery, one of the most prestigious in the area, which extends over 50 hectares of fertile land that every year gives life to a delicious extra virgin olive oil and to a fine selection of wines exported all over the world and which can be tasted directly in the cellars of the estate, just a short distance from the house.
