Casale del Castagneto is located in an area mostly covered by chestnut woods that have always played an important role in the economy and gastronomy of these lands and which provide the wood from which were obtained the beams which, interspersed with joists and terracotta bricks, make up the ceilings of this villa built in the Tuscan tradition that goes back in time. The solid external stone walls enclose a brightly-lit living room with a warm atmosphere, an intimate environment where you immediately feel at home, overlooking the private pool and the outdoor dining area. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with wrought iron beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The annex, one step away from the villa, has been obtained from the old sheepfold and renovated in the same style. The villa is located halfway between the Val d'Orcia Artistic, Natural and Cultural Park, a Unesco World Heritage Site, and the Tyrrhenian coast.
