You'll be conveniently close to dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, golf and family attractions. The beach is just two blocks away. This beautiful 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom pool home flows graciously throughout and offers an ideal three way split floor-plan with upgrades at every turn. The Primary bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds, 3rd bedroom a King bed and a 4th bdr with a Bunk bed - King in bottom + full on top. This home sleeps 12 guests total.
Two separate living spaces makes entertaining easy, elegant, and accommodating. The kitchen was recently remodeled, is central to the home, and offers modern cabinetry, granite counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances. The backyard is a lush, tropical paradise, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The yard is also xeriscaped with a pavered patio, sitting area, and grilling space making it the epitome of relaxation and fun get-togethers. The pebble-tec pool is a loungers dream and was completely resurfaced in 2018.
