Awesome Property!
This house provided everything we needed from linens to a fully equipped kitchen. If you have a big family this is the place to stay. The property is beautifully landscaped with walkways around the property. At sunrise you can hear the nature around you which is so peaceful! The neighborhood is very nice for walking. We fished off the dock and caught and released quite a few. Next time we will rent the boat. The pool and Jacuzzi lights up at night which makes it great for hanging out in the evening. We also used the outdoor grill area quite a bit. This property is close to Fort Myers, Sanabel island, and Captiva Island. Excellent location if you are planning on visiting those areas. We can’t wait to book again.

Beautiful home
Enjoyed our week in Cape Coral in this beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood that is close to some very nice restaurants. Easy access to Ft Myers and Ft Myers beach. Only 30 minutes to airport. Top Villas was great to work with throughout the booking process. The property surrounding the home was beautifully landscaped.

Perfect visit
We rented this home to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. We were in the midst of COVID-19 and this house was the perfect location to get away and relax. The home was equipped with everything that you needed for the stay.
