3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in Corossol with fitness room located just a short distance from the beach.
Contemporary but not cold, the newly built Villa Lao is a welcoming private retreat in the hills of Corossol, just a five-minute drive from the beach and ten minutes from the nearest town. Among the many comforts the luxury rental property offers are space and privacy - ephemeral things that are increasingly hard to come by in our modern age. But of course, the more tangible elements, like soft fabrics, alluring design, and top-quality finishes are in plentiful supply too. The combination makes for a perfectly relaxing stay on the island of St. Barth.
All right angles and white finishes, Villa Lao is also warm and inviting, with plush couches and cushions, woven throws laid across the beds, and softly hued wood turning up in the bedframes and floors. The layout makes the house ideal for groups of friends or families taking a Caribbean vacation together, as there are many corners for conversations throughout the villa, a professional-caliber kitchen, and bedrooms that each have their own private terrace and Jacuzzi. The views at every turn are astounding, especially at sunset.
The open-plan living area, which has ample sink-into-it comfortable seating, merges with the well-equipped kitchen and with the sun-soaked terrace and the heated infinity pool beyond. The three bedrooms are spread over three floors, ensuring that they all provide plenty of privacy. The bedrooms on the main floor and the floor below have ensuite bathrooms, while the one upstairs has a large private bathroom just opposite. All of them have king beds, rain head showers, and many entertainment options, and the one on the lowest level has its own private entrance.
In addition to the bedrooms, there is a shaded gazebo at the end of the terrace, which is a prime spot for watching the sun set. A media room provides entertainment after-hours or on the island's rare rainy days, and a well-equipped fitness room allows you to fit in your workouts.
