Punta Cana Resort & Club 40 is a luxury 13-bedroom, 13-bathroom estate comprised of three independent villas which are side by side with garden access. The estate sleeps 30 guests across the homes in the utmost comfort. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with King size beds and one with 2 queen beds and a twin bed. The second house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of them have King size beds whilst the fifth room have 2 double size beds. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, private courtyard with swimming pool. All rooms include air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet.
The third house has 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms have King size beds and the other 2 rooms have 2 full size beds. Each home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, and 3 swimming pools. All rooms include air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet. A full complement of staff will be on hand to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
