Combining two 2-bedroom apartments, this amazing villa offers enough space to sleep up to eight guests in the utmost comfort and occupies a prime location, right on the Payne's Bay beachfront. Each apartment offers an open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two air-conditioned bedrooms. The upstairs apartment benefits from a private balcony, accessible from the living area, offering outdoor lounge seating and an alfresco dining area, ideal for taking in the phenomenal views while enjoying your evening meal. The downstairs living area provides access to a private wooden terrace, offering a selection of sunloungers, a barbecue, and an additional alfresco dining area with a parasol. The terrace enjoys direct access to the golden sands of Payne's Bay beach, making this the ideal base for a Caribbean vacation.

Important notice: Due to significant beach erosion from Hurricane Beryl along parts of the West Coast, beach access for this home remains restricted until further notice.
