Description
A beautiful Caribbean style villa on the island of Aruba. Recently renovated it has lots of charm with the warm terracotta tiles and colorful walls and kitchen. The large outside patio is the center piece of the house. With easy access to the pool deck, garden and private beach area it seats 12 persons comfortably for great family or group dinners while the air conditioned family room gives you all the comfort to watch tv or play a game. The villa is loaded with everything you could possibly need or want during your stay, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys etc.Beautifully landscaped tropical garden features blooming flowers, mature trees and various types of palms. It is completely walled in, secluded from view and makes for a lush and totally private oasis. Laze away in one of the hammocks in your private paradise. The hard wood deck surrounds a beautiful huge swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi. Your private bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a nice pina colada or strawberry daiquiri. It is a fun place to hang out while having a BBQ with the family. It's equipped with all sorts of glasses, blender, pitcher a refrigerator and a sound system. There is an outside shower by the pool and the poolside palapa is an excellent lounge area for poolside entertainment or just relaxing and reading a book. In the evening the garden and pool area are romantically lit and the Jacuzzi's heater comes on automatically. A large gas BBQ completes the set-up and all the ingredients for a fun filled vacation are in place.
The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside and a half bath outside. The adjacent 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment shares the same roof but has a separate entrance. The apartment is included in the rental of the villa, and is perfect if sleeping arrangements require a fifth & sixth bedroom or for more privacy. All in all the villa has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 13 persons comfortably. There is also a Pack 'n Play and baby items (sheets, highchair) which are placed upon request.
All 6 bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have their own TV. The living room has airconditioning as well as a ceiling fan and it also has a large 52" flatscreen TV. The kitchen opens up to the patio with 2 large windows. The home has excellent wifi throughout the entire property.
