- Pool/spa heating requires advance request and is paid separately; pool heating is unavailable from May to September.
- The putting green should only be used with provided mini golf putters; metal putters are not allowed.
- The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
- The hot tub's maximum temperature is 104° for safety reasons.
- No wood-burning fires are allowed on the property.
