- The neighborhood is noise-sensitive; quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Noise ordinance violations can lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events require prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
Use of Amenities
- Exercise caution on the rooftop deck due to proximity to neighboring properties.
- Be extra cautious if traveling with young children; the main stairs are steep and a half wall overlooks them. A baby gate is available for added safety.
Parking
- Two parking spaces are available in the garage.
- Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Do not block mailboxes.
- Driveway parking is not permitted as it is shared between units.
