- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Pets are allowed with prior approval and are subject to an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Noise and occupancy limits must be adhered to. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am.
- Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed and will be shut down, incurring fines. Prior written approval is required for any events or parties.
Use of Amenities
- Spa heat is complimentary, but pool heat is available only upon request and at an extra cost. Pool heating is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- The small garage unit on the property is not accessible to guests.
- The Murphy bed in the media room should not be adjusted without assistance.
