  • As of January 2022, the City of Indio requires the reservation holder to sign an additional acknowledgment form along with providing a valid government ID, license plate and vehicle information, and the names of all guests in their group.
  • Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm - 8am (Sun - Thurs) or 10pm to 8am (Fri - Sat).
  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home.
  • A maximum of 2 cars can park on-site.
