- No smoking inside the property; violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets must be approved in advance; an additional fee applies. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Adherence to local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours (9 pm-8 am), and parties & gatherings is mandatory.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violation of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and may involve additional fees. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
- Minimum booking age is 21 years old.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee and must be requested before your stay. Pool heat is not available during summer (June 1 - September 30).
- The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously and can reach a maximum temperature of 86°.
- Due to high desert temperatures in the summer, the pool temperature may rise naturally and cannot be controlled.
