- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Parties or events require prior written approval and potentially an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down with a fine assessed.
Use of Amenities
- The fireplaces are not available for guest use.
- The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom functions only as a regular bathtub, as the jets are non-operational.
- Guests may experience a 2-3 minute wait for hot water in the upstairs shower.
Penalties
- Fines apply for bringing undisclosed pets ($500 per pet).
- Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000.
