- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Noise ordinance violations may incur fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- 2 pets are allowed in Surfrider II only, subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
