- No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Only 1 dog is allowed, subject to prior approval and a $150 fee. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a fine.
- IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property.
Use of Amenities
- One on-site parking space is available; larger cars and SUVs may not fit.
- Guests must deny access if maintenance vendors do not adhere to CDC guidelines and PPE standards.
