Description

Located in Elkhorn Village, a golf community two miles from Sun Valley Resort’s Dollar Mountain, this home offers the privacy of a vacation home with access to resort-style amenities, including swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and golf.

Reminiscent of a Western lodge, the two-level home welcomes guests to a two-story great room with a wall of windows revealing aspen trees and mountains in the distance. A wrap-around sofa and two reimagined, mid-century inspired lounge chairs sit beside a wood-burning fireplace.

In the gourmet kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, a dual range oven, and granite countertops. Seat up to 8 guests at the hardwood dining table, or on the deck at a picnic-style dining table. Four stools at the breakfast bar add seating for large groups.

The deck also features a cushioned sitting area for relaxed summer evenings or apre-ski, and a gas grill. Each uniquely styled bedroom has a picture window and private bathroom:

The only room on the top level, the spacious master suite has a private balcony accessed through French doors, a wall-mounted TV, reading chair, and a built-in library. The en-suite bathroom has dual sinks, a jetted bathtub and a step-in shower.

Bedroom 2 - Main Level

Queen Bed
Styled in Western lodge decor with vintage photographs and decor, this room has vaulted ceilings, a large closet and a picture window with mountain views. Guests have a private bathroom in the hall with a combination shower/tub.

Bedroom 3 - Lower Level

Queen Bed
This charming room features vintage ski equipment and hand-crafted furniture, including a hardwood reading chair. Guests have a private entrance to the covered patio and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub.

Bedroom 4 - Lower Level

Captain’s Bunk, Trundle
This kid-friendly room sleeps three between a twin/full Captain’s bunk and full-size trundle bed. Styled with vintage ski decor and an oversized bean bag chair, the room also has a private entrance to the patio and an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub.

A spacious laundry room on the main level with a high-end washer and dryer and shelves to store outdoor equipment adds convenience.

From its convenient location in the hills above Ketchum, this home sits just 5 minutes from beginner-friendly slopes at Dollar Mountain and less than 10 minutes from more advanced skiing at River Run. Explore restaurants, shops, nightlife and family-friendly entertainment in downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley, both a 10-minute drive.

On blue-bird days, enjoy apres-ski on the outdoor deck, or walk to the Elkhorn Village clubhouse to relax in one of the community hot tubs, dry sauna or steam room. In the summer, you’ll have access to community swimming pools, tennis courts, golf and playgrounds.

With on-site parking, easily explore the surrounding area, from hiking trails to fly-fishing streams.
