Sun Valley 12 has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The outside area includes a spacious south facing deck with great views of the Warm Springs ski runs. In addition to the deck area it includes a gas grill and outdoor furniture. This unit is a short walk from the Warm Springs lift and has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the hot tub in winter and summer pool, 2 tennis courts, and pickle ball court with community picnic area and kids play ground. There is also access to warm springs creek in summer. The laundry facility is just across the parking area from the condo.

We visited Sun Valley for mid winter break with another family. Two couples with 4 kids ranging 10-13. The condo was just perfect in terms of location (walking distance to Warm Springs lodge) and space. Great layout, very well appointed and very comfortable and cozy. It felt like our own home instead of a rental. Will definitely come back.
