As you walk through the main entrance, you are instantly welcomed by views of the grand oasis pool through the sliding doors, effortlessly combining both the outdoor area and the indoor space.
The open-plan living area was designed for relaxation, featuring large plush sectional sofas, high decorated ceilings, a large flat-screen TV, a fireplace, a kitchenette, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a grand double island and seating for eight. Additionally, there is a large custom dining table that can accommodate 16 guests.On the lower level, you'll find 4 bedrooms, while upstairs, there are 8 bedrooms (elevator access available, at all times).
Each bedroom has been individually curated by the design team to appeal to both children and adults. Children can embark on an adventure into deep space with the space cabin shuttle-themed bedroom, arriving at the Morlando moon camp. As adults relax in the king and queen bedrooms, they'll enjoy a mix of modern style and coastal charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Enter the entertainment hub, featuring a country-themed bar and mission control room upstairs, along with a bowling alley, arcade area, and home theater downstairs. Additionally there a loft area which includes a lounge area and kitchenette. For those in search of relaxation and wellness, the indoor gym is equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment, and a 4-person sauna is at your disposal.
Outside highlights include a private oasis pool, two hot tubs (one atop the grotto and another nestled within it.), cascading waterfall and grotto slide, zero-entry pool adjacent to the built in fire-pit, outdoor chipping / putting green, bocce ball court, cornhole game, a covered patio with an alfresco dining and lounge area and outdoor kitchen.
