Conveniently located just a short distance from Disney, this expansive south-facing, two-story, 13,687-square-foot mansion boasts 12-bedrooms and 12.5 bathrooms, offering enough luxurious living space to accommodate up to 29 guests.
This villa showcases a spacious open floor plan with several gathering areas on the ground floor. The open living area includes two distinct living areas, each equipped with a 75-inch flat-screen TV and U-shaped sofas with views of the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing meals for your entire party. For added convenience, there is an over-sized walk-in pantry, a commercial-sized refrigerator, and an additional fridge/freezer in the utility room, making it ideal for accommodating large groups. Within this area, you'll also find a breakfast bar with seating, a custom dining table, and a kitchenette with a wet bar.
On the lower level, you'll find 5 bedrooms (4 en-suite bathrooms), while upstairs, there are 7 bedrooms (5 en-suite bathrooms). Each bedroom has been individually curated by the design team to appeal to both children and adults. Children can embark on an intergalactic adventure to save the cosmos in the superhero-themed bedrooms.
Step into the entertainment center, where upstairs you'll find a home theater, while downstairs has two games rooms, secret wizard themed playroom and a home gym. Furthermore, there's a loft area equipped with a pool table, poker table, blackjack table, craps, a kitchenette, an 85-inch flat-screen TV, and a lounge area.
Outside highlights include a private pool (65 feet) with a spillover hot tub, two ledge loungers, water fountains, a children's slide, sunloungers, a daybed, a giant Adirondack chair, and a children's play area. Additionally, there's a large covered patio with an alfresco dining area, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor home theater equipped with a game console and cable and wrap-around balcony.
This home is situated just 6 miles from Disney World in the prestigious Reunion Resort, where you will benefit from a host of fantastic amenities which have been provided to make your stay memorable. These include the Reunion Grande Hotel with its lively bars and restaurants, 2 Clubhouses, a fantastic waterpark complete with lazy river and beach bar, 6 communal pools, a Spa, a tennis complex and three signature-designed golf courses.

Spectacular Stay!
This was by far our favorite accommodation in the area. We’ve been to many before but this exceeded our expectations! We’re a big family of 18 and we all had the best experience and so close to the parks! The only thing I would say is to arrange the cleaning services before your stay… we had no idea it wasn’t included and there were not any cleaning products or trash bags etc on site… had to make a run to the market last minute. wish we would’ve known! Anyway, I would totally recommend this beautiful home :)

Our home was an absolute DREAM!
My family and I just came back from our vacation and all I can say is that GOD CAME ALLLLL THE WAY THROUGHHH FOR US!! Our home was an absolute DREAM!! The videos and pictures, as eye catching and breathing taking as they were, did not do it justice! You literally had to be there to experience it in person for yourself!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!

80th Birthday celebrations
We had a family vacation with the entire family celebrating our 80th birthday's. The stay was a wonder. The house is amazing. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would ever need. There was plenty to do for everyone. The dining table seated all the adults and teenagers. The game rooms kept everyone busy! The theater room was great for watching movies and we even hired a magician one night. The large pool was perfect with a wading area that made the toddlers happy. There are so many attractions close by. If we ever had an issue, the care team responded quickly. Our time together was absolutely perfect. I hope we can do it again in the future. MLS
