This stunning property is ideally located within the Royal Westmoreland Resort, offering unobstructed views of the 13th fairway and enough luxury living space to sleep up to twelve guests in the utmost comfort. Inside highlights include a spacious, open-plan living area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and an en-suite bathroom for each bedroom. The main villa houses four of six bedrooms, with two located on each story. The bedrooms on upper level of the home each benefit from access to a shared terrace with outdoor lounge seating, this is the ideal spot to enjoy a cocktail while taking in the phenomenal views. Downstairs, a covered terrace offers an additional outdoor lounge area and a dining table for you to enjoy a meal alfresco-style. Stepping from beneath the cover of the terrace, you will find a private infinity-edge swimming pool and a row of sunloungers inviting you to make the most of the Barbadian sun. The guest cottage can be found aside from the pool terrace, and this is where you will find the remaining two bedrooms, each benefiting from access to the cottage's veranda and convertible to contain either a king-size bed or two twin beds. The cottage also features its own living area, complete with kitchenette, flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas. The home even comes staffed with a housekeeper and cook, who will be available every day except for Sunday, making this a fantastic option as the base for your Caribbean vacation.
This home comes with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, the Unaccompanied Full Member’s Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable (or if accompanied by the member, the Member Guest fee). Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
