Description

This sophisticated 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa is ideally located within the Royal Westmoreland Resort, offering fantastic views of the 11th hole and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Ground floor highlights include a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and two seating areas, a private home office, and the first two bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, with one also benefiting from access to a private terrace. Upstairs, you will find the two master suites occupying the first floor of the property, both offering access to a shared terrace furnished with a row of sunloungers. Each bedroom also offers en-suite bathrooms and a king-size bed. The final two bedrooms share a bathroom and can be found in a separate guest cottage with its own kitchenette and mini bar. Outside, you will find a covered terrace with outdoor lounge seating, a barbecue and an alfresco dining area for you to enjoy your evening meal while taking in the marvelous views. Around the private infinity-edge swimming pool, you will find additional sunloungers, ensuring that there is plenty of space for every guest to make the most of the incredible Caribbean sun.

This home comes with Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland Resort. This entitles guests to have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, the Unaccompanied Full Member’s Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable (or if accompanied by the member, the Member Guest fee). Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
