- The hot tub temperature is capped at 104° for safety.
Additional Restrictions
- A maximum of 10 cars can be parked on-site; street parking is prohibited.
- No access to the garage is permitted.
- The property includes non-operational jukebox and slot machines for decorative purposes only.
- All wood-burning fires are prohibited in accordance with Riverside County’s “no burn” civil code.
