• Adherence to local outdoor lighting, quiet hours (9 pm-8 am), and party policies is mandatory, with fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• Follow Riverside County’s strict “no burn” civil code; wood-burning fires are prohibited.
• Bedroom 2 can only be accessed through the Primary Bedroom.
• Minimum booking age is 25 years old.
• No loud noise after 9 pm.
