House Rules
- This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided; additional items must be purchased by guests.
- Trash must be placed in the plastic bin daily to maintain a clean home.
- There is no daily housekeeping service. The unit will be cleaned before check-in, and clean sheets and towels will be provided. Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.
- Packages sent via USPS will not be delivered. Only UPS, DHL, and FEDEX are accepted. Delivery to the clubhouse may incur fees, and delivery policies vary by resort. The property is not responsible for issues with online purchases.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Pool temperature will not exceed 95F and may not work in cold weather. No refunds if the desired temperature is not reached.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will heat to the same temperature as the pool.
- Pool heat is $35 per day with a minimum of 2 consecutive days.
- A BBQ rental is available for $75 for the entire stay.
Fines and Penalties
- Additional charges apply if extra cleaning or maintenance is required due to non-compliance with property rules.
