- The spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets; it will be heated to the same temperature as the pool when pool heating is requested
- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and will not work in cold weather; no refunds will be provided if the desired temperature is not reached due to cold conditions
- Pool heater has a safety system that may temporarily shut off in cold weather
- Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee
- BBQ rental is available for $75 for the entire stay

- Additional fees will be charged for not complying with trash disposal and causing extra cleaning or repair needs
