- No smoking inside the property. Violation results in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- No parties or events without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Occupancy limits and noise ordinances are strictly enforced, with potential fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- No additional guests without prior approval.
Use of Amenities
- Only golf cart rentals through Gulf Carts 30A are allowed in the community. Other rentals will be towed by the HOA's Security.
- Garage parking is strictly for golf cart use.
Penalties
- $500 fine per undisclosed pet.
- $300 smoking fee plus additional costs for fire or property damage.
