Newly refurbished and nicely designed, this property offers both charm and the easy comfort of a small home with everything a couple needs to relax and unwind. The open-plan kitchen and living/dining area gives guests a place to get out of the sun after a day on the beach just a short walk away. The bedroom on the second floor offers a superb view from its own private terrace as well as an ensuite bath. A dining table indoors makes a good spot for a lunch-break out of the sun, while the table on the terrace is perfect for candlelit dinners with nothing but the sound of the surf as background music.

Situated in a little-known and gated community, Villa Cap Frehel provides a rare balance of convenience and seclusion. Access to a private tennis court just steps from the villa is a yet another uncommon benefit.

Please note that a minimum 7-night stay is required year-round. All bookings during the Bucket Regattas and Les Voiles de Saint Barth will be charged at the Thanksgiving and Holiday Rate.
